I agree with all the other comments. I filled out an online form and was expecting more information. I never talked to anyone and I never signed anything. They claim that they tell you their fees in advance, this is a lie. They process your claim without your consent and then send you a bill for 42% of the money that such a shady fraudulent law firm avoids at all costs when I called, the guy was extremely rude and told me my bill needed Payong and went to the Citizens` Council if I didn`t agree that I didn`t ask them I just inquired about it. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! Complete scam artists. Not a serious or a business at all. DO NOT USE. Is this a normal delaying tactic by NatWest? I couldn`t get a direct answer from the lady I was talking to, and when I mentioned that my application had been rejected, the lady didn`t seem interested in what had been said. This company wants to do the bare minimum for the outrageous 42% feeI would also say that the positive reviews here and Facebook are very suspicious, if you read the Facebook reviews, are the positive reviews of people where they have had no activity or virtually no activity for more than ten years, and then suddenly they write extremely positive reviews, I`m not saying the reviews are fake, but I`m sure any sane person can see that the reviews are shady, I made a complaint 10 months ago and provided all the requested information. Over the past six months, I have been repeatedly asked to confirm my address with my bank. Which I have done many times and has not changed in the last six and a half years. I`ve asked for updates many times over the past six months, but ironstonelegal hasn`t even responded. I wish I had never used this company.
